Service Description
These nutrition consultations are perfect for a variety of lifestyles and age ranges. You can read more about what is involved with my nutrition consultations under the 'Nutrition' tab of my website. The sessions will involve dietary analysis, help and support for making sustainable changes to your diet and reaching your nutrition goals. I am also qualified to provide nutrition advice for older adults, pre- and postnatal women, plant-based dieters, children of all ages and those participating in sports and exercises. Cancellation Policy
These nutrition plans are designed for one-to-one consultations, and I will only be providing advice to one person during these calls. The minimum age to access these nutrition consultations is 18 years of age. If you are accessing this service for a child under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present on all of the calls. These consultations are part of a plan, and you are responsible for paying for each session before it takes place. Failure to do so will mean the consultation will not run. The calls have a 15 minute buffer time. If you are later than this without contacting me to notify me, the session will not run. I am not able to treat or diagnose medical conditions, and all nutrition and dietary advice is based upon Government recommendations. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or similar which impact your general health and diet. I retain the right to refuse bookings if you disclose a medical condition that is outside of my remit to provide advice for. If you cancel a session 24 hours or less before a consultation, or do not show to a consultation, there will be a £7 cancellation fee. You can amend bookings up to 24 hours before a session, please contact me if you need to do so less than 24 hours before. I do not offer refunds for my services, unless in exceptional circumstances.
